PNC Bank (formerly RBC) has the same type of account and they have ATMs in all the Charlotte area Harris Teeter stores now.

Everyone who lives, works or goes to school in Mecklenburg county is eligible to join the Charlotte Metro Credit Union. They are full service, have branches all over the city, and don't have any fees. Credit Unions are non-profit and not paying big bonuses to executives and wall streeters.
