I'm thinking about relocating and was wondering if anyone has any feedback as to the safety of Sharon Lakes condos. If you do live there do you like it? Any info would be appreciated! I am a single female and would be living alone.

Are you talking about the townhomes off Sharon Lakes Rd. near South Blvd.? I don't know anything about them but it looks like the most expensive unit is selling for only $57,500(1,216 sq. ft.). That is a huge red flag to me.

As I said, I don't know anything about Sharon Lakes but I think you keep looking. If you let us know your budget and where you will be working, you will get a lot of helpful sugesstions.

Smile safe condo complex

I am looking into a job transfer in the Roxborough Road area.

As far as a price range, say 100k or less.

Since I don't know what the red flags are, I figured I would learn from the people who know!
