A family in the Briarcrest Enclave community(Billy Howie Road and Shanendoah Drive) is missing there black and white Border Collie. He jumped there fence on 12/31 at about 8pm.

They have put up missing signs and have been driving around looking for him since he jumped the fence, with no luck so far. An ad was placed on Craigslist too.

If you find or see him, please contact me. Thanks!

Are they checking with Animal Control? I just glanced through the lost dogs and didn't see a Border Collie, but it never hurts to keep looking.

I drove around yesterday and kept an eye out. Did you post flyers? I thought I saw a flyer near Mineral springs. Call Waaxhaw animal hospital in case anything happened and someone brought yor dog in. I hope you find it. My heart goes out to you.

Thanks! Another set of eyes is always welcome.

We have all(family, friends and neighbors) done all we could do. Posted fliers along roads, in supermarkets and have given them to several vets and even Petsmart. We have been driving around for hours each day, with no luck. They have a friend who volunteers for an animal rescue group, that person has spread the word to several rescue groups. He has been posted as missing on Craigslist and another website. Shelters have been checked too.

There is still hope. Dogs are sometimes found weeks later, in some way or another.

FOUND him!

He was in a trailer park, which is about two miles from home. I was driving around AGAIN and just turned into a trailer park community and he was walking behind a tree line.

Never give up! Giving up is for the weak

Thanks for all suggestions and PM's!
