I was actually in Talladega Nights. And Mooresville also ranked 37th on Yahoo's greenest cities challenge.

Doubtful (not that you haven't been to Mooresville--the oblivious comment).

You're looking for things, putting your own colorations on situations. You've moved away because you hate the area, for whatever reason. Maybe you should just leave it at that, and stop bashing where you no longer are.

You left, so leave it behind.

In the meantime, I'll take the Charlotte/Mooresville area over whatever the north/north-east has to offer. The winters sure are better.

I lived there for 20 years and believe I have a much better feeling for the city than you do.
