Hello everyone,

I am really happy to see how many people participate in these chats, they are so helpful! I am moving to Dilworth (if i can find an apartment worth moving too) on August 1st. It all happened very suddenly, hence the short amount of time. I was looking into places like Wildwood Apartments and 3400 Selwyn, however, they got horrible reviews on apartmentratings.com. As a matter of fact, they all did. I have heard only good things about Dilworth from others. DOES ANYONE KNOW A GOOD APARTMENT TO LIVE IN, IN DILWORTH - maybe PARK RD - OR ANYTHING IN BALLANTYNE??
I am 25, young professional, looking for fun weekends and serious work weeks.

Okay, the problem with Selwyn is that they are older apartments, so there is wear and tear on them. The location is good for a person your age however. But just FYI, that is Myers Park, not Dilworth. What is your max dollar amount you can spend?

Due to so many existing older homes in Dilworth, there really isn't a whole lot of newer apartment complexes in the area. There are a lot of homes for rent, but the land value and thus rent has gone up with the addition of the light rail.

Smile Nice apt by Dilworth area

Check out Marsh Properties and look for Sedgefield. The prices range from 475-750. I once lived there and the leasing and maintence team were great. I highly suggest it.
