Well it started off as a thought, then an idea, then a family discussion, then some internet searching, then more family talk, then a trip down, then a signed sales agreement, and now I'm driving down to NC TODAY. My wife and daughter will be flying down tommorow, and funny enough, I will be picking them up at the airport tommorow when they get in. I'm driving down to bring my car down.
I will be back up in MA in the next week or so for some finalization stuff but for the most part it's HAPPENING! Very surreal!
I would like to thank all the great people of this forum, those here, and those from the past few months, that provided great info, laughs, moments of pause, and most of all a great network of support. I'm probably going to be away a while (or may be not, I got a sprint broadband card-lol) as we are in the whirlwind of moving, closing, new school, new job, etc., etc X 100.
One bit of advice I can impart- follow your gut, and what will bring you happniess. Happiness sometimes begins with making a tough choice that takes you out of a comfort zone. If it means staying put, so be it, if it means being a pioneer, then more power to you.
Oh and I've got my Starbucks card loaded, and ipod filled with a new Stephen King audio book

we just returned last thursday.we will be closing the 6th of sept.our story is thesame as you. 1 idea and the next thing you know were on our way see ya there.
