Trmaoy
This probably one of the worst links for information I provide on this site.
Because it a pdf file!!!!! (I hate pdf far as web browsing.)

Any review you gotta take with grain of salt and pretty much visit the schools and see what goes on.
If you want the real numbers go to this site and I will warn you it organized horribly because it has the whole state.
I would go to the charmeck school link above first figure which schools in areas you like then go thru this list and find them and it will tell you what exactly kind of bad behavior is going on in that school.
PDF page 36
http://www.ncpublicschools.org/docs/...olviolence.pdf

For true raw numbers you also might have to dig on this site or the charloote mecklenburg site listed above
Reports and Statistics

Both High Schools in North Meck made the Newsweek top 1300 high schools so someone paying attention in class.
North Mecklenburg was ranked 160
Hopewell High was ranked 336

Like what's the average cost for a 3/2 home? A general range of numbers would be fine.

Also, are there are any other monthly/yearly fees that need to be considered in a house payment spreadsheet? Waste disposal, etc.

Obviously HOA's if those apply, but any others that are mandatory?
For a 200K new build in Mecklenburg Approx $550 for insurance.

If you are unicorporated you may have to pay for waste, I pay $60 a quarter.
