We are interested in this community.. It looks like there is a playground, but no other amenities (pool, tennis, walking etc..)

Does anyone know if this is more of an empty-nester neighborhood?

Any kids 'round for our 2 and 4 year old?

I have a friend who lives in Weddington Ridge, which is one of the neighborhoods adjacent to Matthews Grove. There are tons of kids in all of the neighborhoods. I think it's a fantastic area!

Default Matthews Grove near Siskey Y

Matthews Ridge which is a lot closer to Weddington-Matthews Rd is more for empty-nesters than Matthews Grove. If you are looking for a neighborhood where you don't want to be responsible for paying for HOA dues including pools & club house, then this neighborhood fits that description. HOA dues are $84.00/qtrly only.
