Hi - I have 2 questions for those in the Denver, NC area.

(1) Does anyone know what is going to be built on the corner of business 16 and 73 near the Walmart/Lowes? We see clearing going on and are curious.

(2) Anyone experiencing air bubbles in their water? Seems like this happened after the water line problem on business 16 a week or so ago.

Thanks bunches!

I believe I saw an article (maybe in the Lincoln-Times News online version) that a new Walgreens just opened in Lincolnton and they're starting construction on another at 16 & 73.

yep... here it is: Lincoln Times-News : Lincoln County's Home Newspaper (http://www.lincolntimesnews.com/current.asp?Story=24247&Sect=20&Y=2011&M=2&D=2 - broken link)

I haven't noticed air bubbles, but I have noticed periods of lower water pressure.

Too bad it is not a Target or a Kohls since it is such a pain to travel to Mooresville these days, or a Friendlies - yummo!

Thanks LakesideAnnie!

I wouldn't hold my breath after their track record so far in the state. But honestly, is the trip to Huntersville REALLY that much of an issue?

Did not know they were not doing well in NC. Not an issue, but a 5 minute ride down the road to get ice cream is much more enjoyable than a 20 minute ride to Huntersville.
