Default apt / house help

I am looking for an apt or house on the water. I am working at a dealership that sells Yamaha and Sea Doo so I have access to the boats and toys. I am working in Rock Hill and would love any advice on this. If anyone knows someone who might be renting a house on the water that would be great too.

On Lake Wylie/Catawba River there are two listings in the MLS for rentals -- one condo (Meck County) for $1325 month and house (Tega Cay) for $1900 monthly.

If you are looking on the water, you are going to pay for it. If you mean on the actual lake. Around here you have three choices, Lake Norman, too far north for you, Moutain Island Lake, maybe too far north still and Lake Wylie, best option. Tega Clay is great, but as Southchar posted you are going to pay for it. If you don't mind just renting an apt 15 min away you will save money, and could just garage you sea doo. If you don't have a big boat, you might not need to be Right on the Lake.
