My family needs a home rental in Laswon or Cureton (Charlotte: rentals, purchase)

My wife moved to Charlotte last week for work. She is looking for a rental in Lawson, Cureton or anything that would have the children go to those schools. We like many others have a home in south florida that will not sell and can not purchase a new one until that sells. We really like this area and would like the kids not to have to switch schools when we purchase a home.

One listed on the MLS in Cureton for $2,000 monthly -- there are others in Marvin Ridge HS assignment area listed from $1500 to $2800. One note, often they are looking for one year leases, though on occasion that can be negotiated. Let me know if I can help further.

go to carolinahome.com and rentals...u can also check the subdivison as well..there is a home on the next block from us 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room, Pm me if intrested it also has 3 full baths and the kids go to Rea View Elem, Marvin Ridge Middle and Marvin Ridge HS...the same as cureton and lawson...except for the school they are asking 2495 a month...also check Craigslist.com for rentals as well
