Default Safe Small Warehouse?
I may be relocating a small business to Charlotte and am looking at south Charlotte near Mathews or Huntersville and need a very small warehouse for my company...like 1000-3000 sq feet. All I need is a garage bay for UPS in and out daily and I can rig a small office within the space but don't need real dedicated office space...

I don't have any walk in traffic to speak of but would like to have a space that is fairly clean and safe. The space would hold import auto parts so nothing too big....

Anyone have suggestions?

There are several small industrial parks with bays available in Indian Trail, Stallings, and Matthews off of Independence Blvd. I haven't looked at pricing however with the level of inventory 20+ available I'd guess, I'd be negotiating hard.
