Bank of America rules!
I just locked in a 6.5% interest rate with BofA in a 95/5 home loan. I paid 2 points off. I surely don't feel like that commercial on TV with a monkey on my back......oh, and they pay for closing costs!!

Sorry, maybe I didn't explained my self clearly. My loan is 95% on the 6.5% rate and I paid 5% down. Some other company, which I don't think it would be right to mentioned, was giving me an 80/15 loan, with 7% interest rate for the 80 and almost 9% for the 15!!!! OUCH!! With them I WAS feeling the monkey on my back.

If you are an illegal alien, ask them about those handy credit cards that don't require a social security number while you are at it!

I am just glad that I got a good deal. Not my problem what they do with the illegals. As long as I get some extra cash in my pocket after paying less interest money.
