How unusual for a McDonalds to get such a low health score!!

I love the NC health scores. When I travel to other states who don't have them I realize just how much I depend on them for where I eat in NC

They were evaluated on the 11th and went back up to 98. Here is the report on the restaurant. Looks like they have a history of scores in the 80s.

Mecklenburg County, NC - Digital Health Department

There's alot of misinformation on this thread....(they don't have a history of scores in the 80's)

If you look at the last sanitation scores from the past 1 1/2 yrs (besides the 89 and the 98) it goes as follows...

96
97
98
98
96.5
96
95

Again, sanitation scores are only as good as the SPECIFIC violations on each report (could be bugs/roaches etc...could be something else. That's what that article in the disturber showed us a couple weeks ago)

Historically, this location has been pretty good.

I was thinking the same thing. I had to hunt all the way down to 2007 to find the "history" of 80's.

What is the problem with that statement?

1. Definition of the word history: •a record or narrative description of past events
2. In 2007 & 2011 they received a score in the 80's.
3. Ergo, they have a history of receiving scores in the 80's. Do they also have a history of getting scores in the 90's? Yes.

A link to the exact reports was provided. Please explain to me how I provided misinformation.

More like misleading. The way the post was worded sounded like they always had a history of 80's when the most recent (history) 4 years, they consistently got high 90's.

I disagree that it was even misleading. I made a factual statement and submitted supporting evidence. How people interpret it is not my problem.

Please own up to it and admit it... there's nothing wrong w/that.

It is misleading at the minimum....
