Default Relocating to Charlotte

Hey guys. I am relocationg to Charlotte, NC in a few months. I am planning on moving to Potters Glen Living Community in the 28269 area. Does anyone have any advic for me about that area as far as in is it a good area I have looked at Highland Creek Elemetary for my son I heard it was a good school. I went to greatschools.com about that. Everybody's opinions are welcomed

The homes off Potter Glen are fairly new and that area is close to some stores, grocery and restaurants on WT Harris Blvd. It's not too far from Northlake Mall, which is the second best mall in the area. It's also close to both I77 and I85, which is convenient for getting to where you need to go. There are some rougher areas down off Sugar Creek Rd but they aren't anything too bad.

I don't know much about the school. You probably have already read more about it than I could tell you.

From what I could find online, Highland Creek Elementary is not the home school for that neighborhood, it is David Cox Elementary. Personally, I would not live in that area. Is your job in N. Charlotte?
