Question for real estate agents on Crismark
Real estate agents or anyone with inside scoop on Crismark in Indian Trail.
I live there, however, when others who may be shopping in the area ask me this question I don't even know and I live there.
The Question Is
What is the plan for the future for Crismark? I mean as for ammenities and other homes. I have heard they are building a second pool, and tennis courts at some point. I have heard there are going to be upper scale home built on the side where they are putting new entrance off of Stevens Mill Rd across from Shannamara. That about it though.
Anyone heard what will become of the huge open fields off of Crismark Dr off of the Mill Grove Rd exit? More homes, playground?????
Also, any othere ammenities coming that anyone knows about.
