Anyone notice the sign that popped up on the corner of Tom Short and Rea Rd (the corner where the streets have been laid out but nothing has been built other than a daycare)? Anyone have a site plan or any info about it? It is about time something gets built there.

the residents here in hunter oaks and somerset went to a meeting as the developer asked residents about what they wanted there....I dont think there are plans yet online, they are however going to start building the side of somerset 1st then they will start on our side...Its going to be like a blakeney but a smaller scale, and from what ive been told by my neighbors its going to be beautiful....
