I did a search and saw many "Painter?" threads but not in Mooresville.

We may be making an offer on a 2 bedroom townhouse as an investment property. The place is nice but the entire interior needs to be painted. I need to find a balance between excellent and cheap.

Got spoiled at our last home. We had a guy who was cheap AND did flawless work, but that's rare.

I'd rather go on recommendations than grab someone out of the yellow pages.

I have a guy who I can recommend.

He's done painting, dry walling and other stuff for us and has a lot of experience renovating older homes and motels.
Very friendly, helpful and does a great job too. Prices seem reasonable.

If you need his number DM me.
