Better hope you are a minority or a disabled veteran or your chances will be nil to very slim.
Duke uses a recruiter for their contract or temp to perm positions...I have been submitted by one last year, but the new rules are that the recruiters can no longer follow-up with the hiring managers. The hiring managers have to initiate the call backs to the recruiters.
