This used to be a Centax community that Pulte took over after the merge. There are a ton of homes for sale there that you might get a good deal even better than the new ones. You need to drive around it and see how you like each community. Some smaller homes are too close to the highway, you can hear the cars noise all the time. The higher end house are very nice, it was just not my style so I didn't buy there.

You need to search the forum for the builder, search for Centax and Stone Creek Ranch. This has been discussed before.

If you search for it the spelling is Centex. Centex and Pulte are the same company now. One bought the other -- I don't remember which was the buyer, which the purchased.

Not familiar with the subdivision, but my daughter and I have each purchased Centex/Pulte homes in another area. Quality is acceptable; not top-of-the-line but the price reflects that.
