I loved the Greek Festival. The rides for the kids, desserts, THE FOOD, and the dancing. My daughter and her soccer team had a great time. I would recommend it to anyone with kids. I'm going to get food tomorrow. They have an area that you can drive through and pick up food without going to all of the events. We'll go to enjoy the events Saturday afternoon.

Okay...while this is not actually a festival...but it is an upcoming event

The POLICE are coming to the Charlotte Bobcats arena (sorry didn't mean to yell Police...just excited!! ) on November 15th (tickets go on sell this Saturday)

Today probably be best bet for this and any other happenings this weekend due to expected rain for Friday and Saturday.

The Food Lion Pavilion will be filled with "heavy metal," including a pair of awesome Audis, a trio of historic Jaguars, television host John Walsh's massive H2OEX amphibious vehicle and radical hot rods built by David Watkins of Watty's Fabrications.
