On Saturday 317 guests at the Plaza II Picnic Pavilion of the Cedar Fair Carowinds Theme Park in Charlotte set a record for the "Most People Dyeing Eggs," Guinness World Records said in a release.

That's really not that many people when you think about it. That record for Carowinds will be short-lived, I betcha.

Records like these should be qualified for what they really are: a world record for the biggest waste of time in a collaboration of uselessness.
