Every massage therapist must be registered with the state and display their LMBT number on all advertisements and web pages, or, any business that hires licensed massage therapists must display the exact phrase: "Provided by North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork
Therapists." In this phrase, "North Carolina" may be abbreviated as "N.C."

okay- so I don't see that on any of the pages on this website. does that mean they are not legit or does it mean they don't hire licensed massage therapists or what?

I am like the OP - would really like to find a legit masseuse but don't wanna walk into the wrong place.

Here's a rule I go by. If the windows are covered so you can't see in, especially with newspaper, that's probably not a great place to get a real massage.
