Does anyone know where the sub-division Bethany Place is located and how to get there? There is an interesting house for sale there but I don't want to talk to a realtor. Thanks!

I believe this is in Mooresville? Wish I knew more to tell you. Curious why you wouldn't call a realtor for some info? Doing so does not obligate you in any way. As a buyer you could get a buyers agent to show it to you if you don't want to deal with the listing agent - again doing that doesn't obligate you to anyone so you have nothing to lose!

Directions: I-77n, Exit 33, right on Hwy 21, turn left on Hwy 115, take almost immediate right on Shinnville Rd, go past Pecan Hills, turn left on Albany Drive, 1st house on left, no sign.
