The SB showed me that Carolina is on the right track..

Including Sunday night's Denver debacle, the nine highest-scoring teams in NFL history have failed to win a Super Bowl.

We need to keep stockpiling on defense...

I hope Cam Newton can run, cause he ain't got no WR to throw to, except for free agency dregs and rookies.

Oh wait, the OL and DB are porous too . . . Looks like a rebuilding year.

LaFell won't be hard to replace at all. Smith was on the downward side of his career. Rebuilding at WR was past due, another Hurney blunder/mess. Remember all those crap WR's he drafted that never panned out? Well those are biting us square on the arse right now. We need to sign one that can actually catch the ball (Cotchery) and I was hoping we'd get Jones as well but he went to the Raiders, plus add in a speed guy from the draft and I think we'd be fine.

Remember, no one wanted Ginn last year either and he turned a one year stop into a 3 year contract so this offense can get production out of even decent talent.

Replacing the hole left by Gross would be my #1 fix however.

Not so sure about Cam running much in 2014.

Here is a list of possible first round draft picks the Panthers could land. Gettlemen will take ANY one of these studs, because that is what they all are - future studs. Watch these videos and imagine any of them in a Panthers uniform. This is exactly why Gettlemen is making the moves he is at the moment.

Eric Ebron, I know he is a TE, but think a 2 tight end set with Olson and a 6'4 version of Jimmy Graham! This guy will more than likely not slip past 12th pick but hey we can always dream

Eric Ebron || North Carolina Highlights

Marquise Lee (insane punt returner as well)

Odell Beckham Jr (better punt returner than Lee )

Brandon Cooks (Steve Smith replacement )

Panthers PR just tweeted asking fan base for their thoughts on drafting USC WR Marquise Lee.

USC WR again?

Of those players above none will be available to the Panthers most likely except maybe Cooks.

tons of WR's in this draft... they need a vet to anchor the unit but they can get a nice WR in the first or second rd.
