Hello,
I've just moved to Mooresville and I need to find pretty much everything for regular services. I need the following, so if you have any good suggestions, please let me know who and approximately where (I would prefer to stay in Mooresville for all this, if possible):

*Hairdresser (someone with up-to-date techniques and who will not want to cut my long hair every time I go in)
*Vet (for a dog and a cat)
*Dentist
*Urgent Care clinic
*Eye doctor
*Spa (after finally getting moved, I'm going to need to relax! )
*Bank (preferably not a giant, impersonal one)

That's all I can think of right now. Thanks in advance for all your help!

I've been here a considerable time and ,after trying around 4 different salons including Savvy in Cornelius have settled at Perfect 5th in Morrison Plantation.
Chrissy does my hair which is naturally wavy and quite difficult to manage either straight or curly!
She listens to what I want and it's now getting there!
Perfect 5TH is maybe the only salon in Mooresville who do shows, competitions and photoshoots. They're a L'Oreal salon and, unlike Savvy, only have 4 stylists there and the salon has a nice feel becasue it's smaller.

We use Brawley animal hospital on Brawley School for our cat.
Staff seem to genuinely like animals and compared to prices people have been charged at Banfields in Petsmart seem reasonable. We paid $400 for anesthesia, monitoring, incision of abcess and insertion of drain, plus course of antibiotics and pain meds.
Have also been given recommendations for Mooresville animal hospital.

Haven't used a spa, but there is Bella Lago on Brawley and Savvy in Cornelius.

We bank at Bank of America beside Harris Teeter. It's a large branch but never very busy and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Only used Carolinas urgent care in Huntersville as we generally have to stay within Carolinas system for insurance. Was only once and they were fine but I needed to go to ER so not there for very long at all.

Sorry, can't help with an eye Doctor but we all had eye tests at the place in Target and it was fine.

You might want to check out the business reviews on www.lakenormanmommies.com.

Welcome to Mooresville!

Lakeside Family Practice is a great practice for the whole family. No other suggestions, though (except for eating establishments)

Everyone - Thanks for all the info so far!

nchunter - I'm on the east side (I think) just past the downtown area, but anywhere in town should be fine.
