Im a writer for online publications and my wages arent super extravagant... That said... I would like to move from Florida to Charlotte... any places with super low rent,?

Well, yes...... but you dont want to live in them. If you want CHEAP and somewhat safe, I would go across the state line. Im sure theres plenty of moderate rent prices in Charlotte.

Check craigslist or the newspaper ads. Homeowners often rent out basements or garage apts for reasonable rates.
