And I know MANY teachers who work their tail off all year long. I think it is uncalled for for Chromekitty to make such a blanket statement.

I think teachers are doing an amazing job with all that is thrown at them. Dealing with parents, the children, the lesson plans, the objectives on the board, following a schedule set by the administration and having to stick to that to the minute, the testing, the pressure, not to mention teaching the NC SCoS AND dealing with all of the emotional issues that occur with 24+ personalities in one room. It is HARD work and teachers are doing an AMAZING job!

And Peter Gorman worked hard during his tenure here and had incredible mountains to climb. No, he wasn't loved all of the time, but who is?
