Well it sounds like Verizon and Comcast aren't in the market therefore fios and xfinity obviously wont be there.

I am moving from Orlando fl to Charlotte nc. Which bundle company would u reccommend

Depends on what part of Charlotte you're in. In most places it's AT&T U-Verse or Time Warner Cable. In some places you have Windstream instead of AT&T. Windstream is historically problematic, DSL, and maxes out at about 6mb download if you can get it.

Time Warner is currently deploying 100mb download speeds in Charlotte, which will make them the fastest internet provider until AT&T deploys its gigabit service and Google Fiber (two plus years) builds out.
