Y'all go down and get on the show, ok?

Quote:
Aspiring star chefs should be at The Pineville Dinner Theatre, 10403 Park Road, from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8. The call is open for men and women ages 21 and older with various culinary experience.

Although prior cooking experience is preferred, personality is more important than professional credentials. Producers say they want people who are outspoken, competitive, engaging and passionate about food.

The show is looking for `food lovers, experienced chefs, cooks, fast food and cafeteria workers, private chefs, weekend gourmets and caterers."

"Hell's Kitchen" follows contestants through their experiences working in the kitchen of chef Gordon Ramsay. The prize is a head chef position.

The show also is holding casting calls in New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, Austin, San Francisco, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Denver and Washington, D.C.

To save time at the casting call, you can download an application in advance, at FOX Broadcasting Company: Hell's Kitchen.

I used to be a chef and I used to work with people just like Gordon, one I particular who would make a sailor blush, but he was an awesome chef.

Did anyone go out and audition? It would be fun to be able to visit Hells Kitchen and have a meal there while they are doing the season!! Wish it would tape here!
