Just paid $1700 for custom faux wood grain blinds in off white for 3200 sq ft house. I think 23 windows. Used Monroe Blind Company and they were awesome. LIFETIME gaurantee on blinds, done next day, handmade to each window, no dust on window sills, and in and out of house in less than one hour!!!

Best experience of entire home buying process. Juan is first name, can't remember his last name. Priced them at Lowe's and because of large windows and having to order custom sizes, it would have cost over $1300 and taken 6-8 weeks for order. We called Juan on Tuesday and he installed on Thursday.

I paid about $500 per single window for plantation shutters through Home Depot. Blinds will depend on what you are looking for I suppose. You should check out Home Depot. They have a pretty good selection, IMO. I went to the one in Ballentyne.

The only reason I noticed was I had answered in this thread two years ago.

Just for the record I went to the Ballantyne Home depot as well.
