Lincoln County increased their property taxes about 5% from .5700 to .5980 per $100.

Personally, I'm pretty happy cause my property valuation came more inline with what I paid in 2009 and my overally property tax will actually decrease about $200. Obviously not the case for everyone, as some in the West had a higher property valuation:

--Mecklenburg (Charlotte, Pineville)....= .8387
--Union (Waxhaw, Weddington)........= .6650
