Avoid this company! We hired them to build a custom home and have had nothing but trouble! Leaks, leaks & more leaks! Our windows leak, one basement wall leaks and our shower leaks into the basement. In fact, we haven't been able to use the shower for approx. 4-5 years. They were not close to completing the home by their due date and we subsequently incurred a penalty from the bank on our construction loan. That's just the beginning of the list. We decided to take the legal route and have been tied up in that process for 5 years and tens of thousands in legal fees. In fact, their own attorney fired them for non-payment! That will give you an idea of what you're dealing with at P&N. If you're smart you'll walk away from these guys! In fact, don't walk - RUN!
