Did you read all the response above? They kind of tell you that we would not recommend Providence Square.

To reference my previous :_

I lived in PS from Feb06 to July 07.

When I moved in the management company vetoed the applicants, alas the current management company did not in the space of a year Providence Square became a ghetto.

If you would like more info PM me as I am not going to vent how bad it was on a public forum.

I currently live at PS. It has its ups and downs. I made the move as a financial decision. I, apparently, live on the opposite end than the others did. I know most of my neighbors and they have been there from 3 to 7 years. Most plan to move in the next year, as do I. The property Management is challenging. I have to stay on them, but, what do I expect for the rent that I pay? Is you can get into an apartment on the opposite end from the playground, and have a plan, It is not all that bad. I haven't had any problems with "ghettoism!"
