Now that LBTD has overwhelmingly passed, I hope there are some nice establishments coming in. Anyone know anything new on this?

Default neither

I hate both! No fast food for us! Although I wouldn't have minded a Dunkin Doughnuts!

Default Reatil update

I called Aston Properties and they have 3/4 of the junior anchors signed and will start building those stores once a 4th is signed. He would not give out names of the junior anchor stores. Some junior anchor examples could be TJ Max, Dicks Sporting Goods, Marshalls, Michaels, etc. This would built on the Target side behind Wesley Oaks Neighborhood.

I have confirmed that Hickory Tavern has signed to build a restaurant there as well and expects to open late spring early summer 09. That would be great, we really need some additional eateries.

Anyone else hear/know anything??

I personally couldn't care less what they put there, I don't intend to patronize any of these bastards that are ruining Wesley Chapel.
That used to be a nice quite crossroads out in the country with an old church on one corner. NOW LOOK AT IT ! ! !

The greedy jerks on the town council that fell in love with with Ashton Properties and just let them do whatever they wanted including writing their on verbiage for the towns zoning ordinances...

They assured the residents they had NO intention of starting Phase 3 (corner that now has the Walgreens) until long after phase 2 (where Target is) was completed,LOOK AT IT NOW ! ! !
Isn't it funny how the guy that owned that land got himself appointed to the zoning board and then to the town council...

If we had just stayed at home and not fought it when Indian Trail wanted to annex most of this area in 1995... Wesley Chapel wouldn't exist ! ! !

Uhhh JDH is developing the Walgreens corner not Ashton. Also a VERY good friend of mine has signed on to open a coffee house next to the Lowe's. I've met his parents, and I'm pretty sure he isn't a bastard, Ron. Lets try to keep it civil okay?

Well my friends great great great grandfather was a Waxhaw Indian and it was nice and quiet until someone came in and built a crossroad and a church.

Wouldn't you know it, the person who helped build the church was also a member
