Found small white morkie - emerywood montclair area (Madison: car, park)

we have found a very sweet white female morkie (we think). She was found running down emerywood - charlotte, nc (between s. blvd and park rd. area- Montclair, Madison Park neighboroods) and picked up because she was almost hit by a car several times. If you know of anyone searching for this dog, please help.
