I also agree with South Charlotte / Ballantyne area / Marvin and even Weddington areas. You will be able to get everything you are looking for in a home. Marvin Ridge and Weddington both have active lacrosse programs at the middle and high school levels, and there are many options for rec leagues as well. My son has played lacrosse since he was about 10 and is now on the school team as a junior. Providence and Myers Park also have good teams as well but the lot sizes you are looking for may be a little more difficult to find for the price you are looking to pay.
