"The Mosaic Village project will have 6,800 square feet of retail space, 80 student dorm rooms and a 45,000-square-foot art learning center and office building. In addition, there will be a 403-space parking deck with 223 public parking spaces." So is this just for use by Johnson C. Smith students? Or is the art center open to the public, i.e., studios that artists can sign up to use or rent? I would like to know more info. I would like to find space for an art studio and so am curious what the possibilities are.
