Well we have been here about month now and we love it. Here is my question. What is the deal with those big rocks maybe more like Boulders in front of the schools. I see all the messages on them and I wonder what is the point behind them.
Thanks
Talia

hehe...my wife asks me that all that time! she's from georgia. anyways, it's just a way for kids to express school spirit, or a happy birthday shout out, or telling someone they love them, or giving the vandals a place to graffiti in a legal way. we use to have so much fun with these rocks. pranks? who me? never!

Yep...spirit rocks. The students sneak and pant each others rocks before football games. They are used as memorials when a student passes away, and also as PP stated...to express B-day wishes....etc.
I wish we had spirit rocks when I was in school!
