These two neighborhoods (westminster park and brasilia park) technically have Huntersville addresses, but are more on the Northwestern Charlotte border. Anyone have experience with this area? These are more established neighborhoods (1960s & 1970s) with larger lots, but I am concerned about the area. Huntersville has a great reputation, but is this even Huntersville? I believe the elementary school is Long Creek. I dont have kids, but may in the next 5 years. I've driven through the neighborhoods and can tell that most owners are elderly. Do you think this will become a "bad" area when these elderly expire (not to be rude)?
