My husband is being relocated and we are looking at the Demere subdivision in Waxhaw. I thought I had made a good decision in Demere, good schools, nice houses on good lots, but are there problems is the neighborhood? We are moving from Orlando and are looking for a smaller neighborhood to get away from larger neighborhood problems. Any feedback would be helpful, Thanks.

Every neighborhood down here has something going on. I would just do a search.

Default neighborhoods

well back home all of the neighbors kept their house and outside really nice I find in my development not everyone does and they also don't seem to keep a very good eye on their kids. Moreover, I thin I felt a safer back in Pa then I do here. There are lot of people roaming around that shouldn't be and weird cars, etc. It seems alot of nrighborhoods though even the really upscale ones have those problems.

Just wondering, can you tell us which neighborhood you are in?

This seriously is the best place we've ever lived with the best kids we could have asked for....I'm looking for some new great neighbors BTW...these are just links...I'm not a real estate agent

Default sorry

By the way sorry for the mispelled words. I was running out the door!!!!

Oh my gosh this so so weird there is a real estate agent on the house with my DH's last name!! I want to look her up. He barely has any relatives so that would be so weird esp. since they are from NJ!
