I just bought Genoa Salami at Harris Teeter. It might not be that brand, but it tasted like pork meat I had when I was in Genoa.

I've never heard of "margarita" (I'm sure its good), but I can tell you from a guy who's super picky about his cold cuts, that Boar's Head (from Lowe's) is my favorite.

Harris Teeters' cold cuts are also vg but pricey as well...

I miss Margherita salami too, from CT.

Here's a link to a list of their plants, probably why we can't find it here, there are no facilities nearby (none really near CT either but we had it there...)
Armour-Eckrich Meats: Armour, Eckrich, Margherita, Mayrose

maybe if you contacted them, if it's that important, they can tell you if they supply anywhere around here.

I second Boar's Head at Lowe's spend the extra bucks.

Every now and then Walmart will have good cuts like Sahlen's, Russer's, and some other brands, but usually they sell processed garbage.
