I was thrilled to find out Drew Cerza brought it to town, and when it came, we didn't go because we couldn't find anyone else to go, and my wife won't eat any meat off bones since taking gross anatomy a few years back. It's no fun eating wings by yourself...

Its a good thing y'all go out for them. If you had to make them like I do you realize the huge amount of butter coated on each wing. The 'sauce' is like 60% hot sauce and 40% butter.

But oh so tasty.....

I bake mine instead of fry them at least.

The best wings in South Charlotte are at McKoys Smokehouse; Woodlawn and Old Pineville Rd. Unlike many other "Wing Places" these wings actually have some meat to them.
