(my apologies, gentlemen)

I know there are several stores here that will do bra fittings - I'm not sure where to go! I'm a thrift store/don't like shopping kinda gal. But I'm definitely needing help in this department.

Which store would you recommend? Price is a consideration - though I suppose I could get measured at one store and shop at another. (tsk, tsk) I *do* have a birthday coming up... maybe I could ask for a gift card for something fawncy.

Ahhh... the pleasures of being a woman!

I believe the high end dept stores, Macy's, Dillards, etc, has the expertise you are looking for.

Yes - you can get fitted and shop elsewhere .. BUT, keep in mind that some brands fit some bodies better than others. I highly recommend to find the brand/style/size that fits well and run with it. You can occasionally find the exact same item online for a somewhat cheaper price, but the overall savings is sometimes not that great. When push comes to shove, investing in a quality undergarment goes a long way for comfort and support - not something I'm willing to pinch pennies on. I'm also an extremely frugal with my shopping.

Lane Bryant (for larger women), if your a larger busted woman, you can try there. They are not cheap, but have sales and specials.

I can't help with your bra (or can I? ) but please don't waste someone's time being fitted if you have no intention of doing business with them. You wouldn't like it if someone did that to your business, would you?

Most fine lingerie retailers will help you, but here are some guides - choose your store! Or measure yourself . . .

Neiman Marcus:

Neiman Marcus: The Art of Fitting

Or Nordstrom:

Bra Fit Guide | Nordstrom

Or Macy's:

Oh, I am fun, Vmax. But I just know better than to let you get hold of the measuring tape.
