I am sick of the people moving to this region who want live far from their work. If your that shallow that you have to be in the big, world class city of Charlotte when your job is in Statesville or Shelby then (not than) that should be your problem, not ours. This comes up time and time again on this forum and it pi$$e$ me off.

To everyone who works in Charlotte but lives in another county, A big FU to you. What's wrong with Charlotte?

I live in Charlotte!

IHS!

PS. Get NC tags when you get here.

You realize that the majority of the problem lies the other way around, right?

Are you serious? Life is too short to worry about where everyone lives. If a thread isn't your cup a tea hit that back button on the browser it helps. Happy Friday!

People might get their NC tags here if it were like other DMVs!! You can't get your driver license and your plates on the same day!!?? WTF!! I've lived in 3 other states that do it this way. AND no weekend hours or hours after 4....so Now my husband has to go in late to work 2 Days just to get his tags!! He was offered a job and had ONE week to pack and get down here and set up home...and everytime he tries to get an OK to come in a little later to go to DMV his boss gives him a hard time!! When I moved to AZ I had a new AZ license and my tags within 3 days because they had better hours and no waiting for yr license to show up!!

Now, how do you define "near".

At the desk in 30 minutes after rolling out of bed?

ROFL!

Do you just not like traffic or what? Why do you care where folks commute from or to?

I do think driving here is a PITA, but I don't think the root cause for the lousy drivers is b/c so many folks commute.

I think most of us are just happy to have a job, regardless of where we live and where we have to commute in order to get to our place of employment.

Mr. Utopia must have gotten stuck in traffic yesterday on his presumably very short commute home.

Considering he said he effing hates Charlotte in a previous post, not sure why he is in such a tizzy anyway. JAT, I guess.
