My boyfriends company is relocating to Charlotte from Rhode Island... I am trying to find some sort of federal guideline for relocation. He works for a small company, so we want to be able to take advantage of everything we can when it comes to relocation. Does anyone know if there is a federal standard... and where I can find it... or if there is not federal standard how we can find out the "normal" standards for this.

Thanks!

I searched the IRS for this: Relocation (http://search.irs.gov/web/query.html?col=allirs&charset=utf-8&qp=&qs=-Wct%3A%22Internal+Revenue+Manual%22&qc=&qm=0&rf=0& oq=&qt=relocation&search.x=15&search.y=14&search=% 26%24self.text%28u%27search%27%29%3B - broken link)
If that doesn't go to the search list, go to Internal Revenue Service and in the top right hand, type in Relocation in the search box. Liz
