WSOC is suppose to have a story tonight at 11. Apparently the city did their own experiment to measure discrimination and the story will be about that.

I'm guessing they sent black and white testers in violation of different codes but I don't know. Can't find anything on any websites about it yet but I assume it will show up on WSOCTV.COM late tonight.

Oh, as far as your direct question, Phillip Agnew had a hearing in July where he was denied a public defender based upon his income. Next hearing is scheduled for the 28th of this month.

Word on the street is that he will be represented by lumbollo - pro bono write off. Everyone wins.

I fully expect heads to roll over this outrage.

I didn't see it on the late news, and can't find it on their website.

I'm sure the Epicenter is going above and beyond to make sure they treat everyone fairly.

The violation of cry baby's rights were trampled on worse then the hardcore regime's of the Middle East... I mean, this guy was actually arrested for wearing his hat backwards!! Now that I think about it again, it's beyond outrageous. We should have a congressional committee on this thing.
