OH, yeah! and, for less than $2.00, too!!

When you pass the stops for Jefferson Park...used to live near to that stop; it's a terminal, really....and Logan Square...that's where I actually grew up. (not at the stop, obviously) but, the area...

It's also cheaper to fly into Midway and you can take the train from there, too.

...and, it's closer to downtown....

if you need to find something, don't hesitate to PM me.

I'll be there from 10/13-10/22. But, I'm driving. Need a car when I am there because all the relatives moved to the far-out suburbs. So, I'll be putting on some miles in order to spend any time in the city!

My pastor is also speaking at a conference in Itasca, a NW suburb. So, I will be attending it and then taking him & his wife around the city for a day's sightseeing. He's from Kuwait, so, the weather will be a shocker to him . But, he's always talking about feeling like an immigrant...told him he won't feel like an immigrant once he hits Chicago! Will take him to the Pakistani neighbourhood for some home cooking...and, for his wife, who is fluent in Spanish, and lived in S. America for a time, will take her to Pilsen, a neighbourhood of Spanish speaking countries. There is little to no English spoken in these neighbourhoods...it's like you have travelled to a foreign country without ever leaving the city.

yeah, I could easily be a snowbird. UNLIKE you, I despise the cold, so, I could definitely have a great time during the warmer months...and, once it got cold...I'd be outta there!! hahaha!

One day, I'll be financially able to do that!
