Ok cool but Forbes doesnt explain why the ranking just a picture.

Where is the angle the photo taken? Marshall Park maybe.

Probably because there is a movement by the youth to revitalize the city and rent is pretty cheap in Detroit.

You think they just throw darts at a map to pick cities? Youth revitalizing Detroit or not, I wouldn't want to live there. It's too dang cold. And that mayor of theirs, .......

Da Bronx.....what crap! I have a tenant that pays $1850/month in rent. Always on time and has been with me about 5 years. Larry does freelance writing for newspapers, mags, etc. I read some of his stuff. This is kinda of the crap he writes and he makes a helluv a living at it.

It's very cold.. but some people like cold weather and cheap rent.
