One time I was in Waffle House and some dude ate his entire breakfast with his motorcycle helmet on. Go fugure.

Midnight Diner is pretty good for breakfast.
Try their French Toast. Very good.

Brigs of Ballantyne (new), based out of Raleigh/Durham, haven't been to this one, meaning to get there but the one's in RDU are great (voted best breakfast in the Triangle and I agree):

Tried them for the first time this morning and was impressed with their huge menu & amazing selection of omelets. The home fries with cheese were out of this world!
